Allsop’s final auction of 2015 makes €34m

A total of 178 properties were sold

Meakstown Shopping Centre St Margaret's Road, Finglas, Dublin 11 sold for over €3 million

Allsop achieved total sales of almost €34 million at its final auction of the year at the RDS in Dublin last week. A total of 178 properties were sold among the mixed catalogue of residential and commercial lots.

Multi-units properties sold well including several Pre-63 houses in Dublin. The top seller was a mid-terrace three storey over basement residential building in nine units on Upper Rathmines Road which sold for €1.069 million, some €240,000 over reserve.
