Vulture fund Cerberus to acquire Wallace loans

Cerberus, the New York vulture fund at the centre of a storm of controversy over the purchase of Nama’s Northern Irish loan book, is set to acquire the loans of Mick Wallace, the Wexford TD who made allegations relating to the deal in the Dáil.

It is understood that Cerberus is buying a loan book from ACC Bank, the subsidiary of Dutch lender Rabobank which lent heavily into the Irish property...
