Taoiseach’s call with Elon Musk revealed

Urged Tesla to use services of Irish SMEs

Taoiseach Enda Kenny told entrepeneur Elon Musk on a phone call two years ago that he believed that Irish small and medium enterprises “could offer valuable services” to his ground-breaking electric car company Tesla.

Kenny also praised the Dublin Web Summit, which has since departed for Lisbon, and told Musk he “very much enjoyed” meeting him at the event in 2013 which he said was “shaping up to be another great event”....
