Documents related to a massive trade deal proposal between the United States and Europe are subject to strict access rules, it has emerged.

Only selected TDs and officials can view the documents detailing the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) – the most important trade deal in EU history – and only on a “need to know” basis.
