SF shrugs off criticism as working class voters like what they hear

Support for Sinn Féin has increased by 7 per cent among more working class voters

Sinn Féin appears to have been the best in getting its message across in the first week of the GE16 campaign, resulting in a 3 per cent rise in support.

The gains also need to be placed in context of the fact that many commentators believed their support would fall, after the gang shootings in Dublin put a strong focus on law and order issues.
