PAC cannot examine Project Eagle dossier, or question Miskelly

The Dáil’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has been told it cannot examine the claims made in an explosive new dossier on Project Eagle - or take evidence from the man behind the document.

Northern Ireland property developer John Miskelly has submitted a dossier running to hundreds of pages to the PAC, the state inquiry into Nama and others last month.
