Michael Lowry: ‘I have an understanding’ with FG

Tipperary TD said he had had “several discussions with the Taoiseach”

Independent TD Michael Lowry has reiterated that he has an “understanding” with Fine Gael in return for supporting the government.

The controversial former Fine Gael minister’s support for the government has been criticised in recent months, with Taoiseach Enda Kenny insisting there is no constituency deal with the Tipperary deputy.
