On this day three years ago, I was in Pyongyang in North Korea in the company of one of Donald Trump’s friends, the former basketball player, Dennis Rodman, who was there sucking up to the country’s despot Kim Jong-Un. Rodman had a plan to act as a human bridge to talks between the United States and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) – to give North Korea its formal name – but was unsuccessful....
