Taoiseach Enda Kenny has called on Fianna Fáil to be “responsible” in forming a government.

He is due to have talks with Fianna Fáil leader Micheal Martin following next Wednesday’s Dáil vote for Taoiseach, after his offer of holding discussions today was rejected by Martin.
