Independent TDs are planning to wring further concessions out of Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil by holding separate negotiations with them this week.

There is still no sign of talks starting between Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil on forming a government. But Fine Gael sources have not ruled out making an approach before the next Dáil vote for Taoiseach on April 6, if it can pick up enough support from independents....
