Harris to scrap IFSC Clearing House group

Minister of State Simon Harris has said the “inefficient” consultative group for Dublin’s financial services centre needs to be replaced.

The International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) Clearing House group includes financial executives, bankers and civil servants. But there have been complaints that it has become little more than a talking shop.
