The Fennelly Report was published online last Tuesday, just before the Six One News. The Department of the Taoiseach put a scanned image PDF, weighing in at over 90MB onto two related websites (but probably on the same server).

If you could get your hands on the large PDF (the connection kept failing due to the number of requests), you had your work cut out trying to search through it. The scanned image had not...
