Extinction Rebellion today kicked off their “rebellion week” of civil disobedience in Dublin. The climate change protesters marched from Heuston Station to Government Buildings and on to their “base camp” at Merrion Square. They will spend the week staging a variety of theatrical protests and disruptive actions around the capital to draw attention to the “climate and biodiversity emergency” and to put pressure on the government to act....
