The Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs has announced details of a €10m scheme to support the regeneration of rural towns and villages across the country.

Heather Humphreys launched the Rural Town and Village Renewal scheme for 2016 in Clones, Co Monaghan, this morning. She said the allocation to the scheme had more than doubled from €4m last year, adding that up to 200 towns and villages would benefit....
