Acting Taoiseach Enda Kenny today ahead of the third vote Pic:

It was Groundhog Day in the Dáil again. A third vote for Taoiseach resulted in a third defeat for Enda Kenny and Micheál Martin.

There is still no government, 48 days on from the general election. And Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael still have to start negotiations on policy matters.
