Former UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband said Britain leaving the European Union is a 'risk' rather than a 'likelihood'.

“It is a risk. I wouldn’t say it’s a likelihood,” Miliband told Bloomberg Television yesterday. “But there’s a significant risk of an accident. We’ve got to take this seriously. Business needs to speak out.”
