Write-offs of €1.9 billion related to bail-out, according to report
The Commission of Investigation into Irish Bank Resolution Corporation said it is unable to proceed with its investigation into certain transactions without legislative change.
The report, written by the sole member Mr Justice Brian Cregan, said that the commission was not in a position to give any estimate of a likely period for completion nor an estimate of the likely costs.
