Michelin-starred restaurants are normally associated with starched linen tablecloths and crystal glasses, but Chan Hon Meng tore up that rule book last year when he won a star for his chicken and noodle street food stall in an open-air food court in Singapore.

He will be in Dublin this week to cook for four nights at Tiger Street Eats, a street food experience being organised by Tiger beer that has already visited Sydney, Auckland, New York and Kuala Lumpur.

The Dublin event in Portobello is completely sold out, but The Sunday Business Post has two tickets to give away to one reader for the 8.30pm to 0.30pm session next Saturday, July 22. Each ticket entitles the holder to a three-course meal and a pint of Tiger.

To win, email your name and mobile number to [email protected] by 5pm on Thursday, July 20. You must be over 18 to enter; other terms and conditions apply, and the editor’s decision is final.
