The new Volkswagen Sharan is flexible, has plenty of room and is comfortable and, for the most part, refined

Two adults; two kids in booster seats watching DVDs; a (hopefully) sleeping baby in a rear-facing child seat mounted on an Isofix base; two kids’ bikes with stabilisers long removed; a box of wellies, swim gear and woollen warms; nappy change supplies; and a suitcase for each person, including the baby. Just a typical scenario for a typical Irish family going away for the long weekend.
