There are still a few wines that I believe are genuinely under-valued treasures: Germany’s Riesling, Australia’s semillon and Hungary’s dry furmint. Though saddened by this, I have to admit it makes them comparative bargains. So, as I dab my eye in sorrow, the €14.50 pricing is a comfort.
