After studying oenology in Burgundy at Dijon University, Agathe Bursin returned to Alsace in 2000 to produce wines independently. She has a tiny 11 hectare holding, which she farms biodynamically. This brilliant complex blend of riesling, gewürztraminer, sylvaner, pinot blanc, pinot gris and muscat from the one Bollenberg vineyard is an ancient construction. The result is a luxuriant, supple, delight with hints of apricot, tropical fruit and white floral touches.
