Many a time I have enjoyed the hospitality of Ireland’s most favoured staycation locations, but more recently I have been drawn closer to home and the somewhat overlooked county of Waterford. My interest in Waterford was piqued a few years back when I travelled there with fellow members of Cork Camera Group (CCG), looking for fresh places to photograph.
