Hear opera on your lunch hour

Here’s a lovely idea for your lunch break: this week sees the return of a series of alfresco concerts in Wood Quay Amphitheatre, Dublin. Opera in the Open is now in its 20th season, and begins with Mozart’s The Impresario this Thursday between 1 and 2pm, with the mini operas continuing on August 8 (The Rake’s Progress by Stravinsky), August 15 (Lucia di Lammermoor by Donizetti) and August 22 (Faust by Gounod). All are welcome...
