Ciara Whooley and Irial Kennedy are just like any other couple, except that they live on the open sea. They have just completed a journey around Europe and across the Atlantic on Irial’s father’s boat - and here they tell us about their journey
You’d be forgiven for thinking Ciara Whooley and Irial Kennedy are an average couple. They grew up down the road from one another, in West Cork, meeting five years ago through mutual friends. “It’s amazing we didn’t meet before then,” says Ciara. “I’m sure if we looked back on old pictures we’d find ourselves in the background somewhere.”
