Model-turned-clothing entrepreneur Faye Dinsmore has no desire to build an empire, but rather to revive a dying industry, one hand-knitted sweater at a time

The last time I met Faye Dinsmore, we were on a shoot for a watch and jewellery magazine. She was just back to work after having her son Cloud Valentine, now two and a half, with her husband, WebSummit founder Paddy Cosgrave.

She had to steal away at intervals to breastfeed her very good-natured baby, with Cosgrave also showing up for support.

On that particular day she was a complete pro, but also seemed quiet...
