Taste of Dublin runs from June 11-14, and Ross Lewis of Chapter One restaurant will be putting in an appearance

Wild Atlantic Seaweed, Festival, June 5-7

Ballybunion in Co Kerry is the location of this two-day festival dedicated to native seaweeds. Take guided walks along the seashore where you can learn how to identify seaweeds, see chef Clodagh McKenna cook with them, and find out how to incorporate them into scones, cakes and biscuits.
