Launching next Friday on Netflix, Flint Town looks at the water crisis in Flint, Michigan, that started many years ago where a cost-cutting strategy gave rise to lead pollution in the water supply. The docu-series follows the public distrust that the crisis has caused, along with the backdrop of the economic crisis that has ensued since General Motors has wound down operations in a city that was triumphed for automobile production.
