The Irish Chamber Orchestra welcomes back leading Irish soprano Ailish Tynan for Christmas concerts at St Mary’s Cathedral in Limerick (December 17), and St Paul’s Church, Mullingar (December 18).

This will be the Mullingar star’s first performance back home with a string orchestra since her career took off at the BBC Cardiff Singer of the World competition in 2003 when she won the recital prize.
