Times must be mighty tough in RTÉ when it elects to hand its prime Sunday night slot for three weeks to a programme effectively plugging a cruise line. The fact that the programme – or infomercial, or infotainment or whatever you like to call All Hands on Deck (RTÉ One) – is fronted by hotelier Francis Brennan in a sailor suit presumably guarantees an audience of his devoted fans.
