Seat has revealed how its first ever SUV, the Ateca, will look

The new Seat Ateca marks the brand’s entry into a new segment

Spanish manufacturer, Seat, has lifted the covers off its first ever SUV. The Seat Ateca, based on the Volkswagen Group’s ‘MQB’ platform, will be available in both two and four-wheel drive guises with manual or dual-clutch automatic DSG transmissions.

The Ateca maintains a similarity to other Seats with its sharply styled nose and taut lines, while the interior resembles that of the Leon. As Seat design director, Alejandro Mesonero-Romanos, says, the...
