Rise in sales of cars with outstanding finance
PCP car finance has increased the number of used cars offered for sale with finance outstanding
A rise in the popularity of PCP (Personal Contract Plan) car finance is being cited as the main reason that there is an increase in the number of used cars offered for sale with finance outstanding.
Cartell.ie, the vehicle data expert, took a sample of 5,906 vehicles offered for sale and checked using the Cartell.ie website so far this year and found that 9.5 per cent of all vehicles had outstanding finance.
