Chef Tim O’Sullivan has been serving up wonderful food at Renvyle House in Connemara for years, and he turns his attention to the French classics next month for a weekend of Gallic food and wine.

Priced from €225 per person sharing, the weekend takes place from November 23 to 25 and includes two nights’ B&B, a wine tasting with nibbles on Friday night, and a banquet dinner with wine and entertainment on Saturday....
