Radio: Newstalk tackles the pandemic with a look to Ireland’s future

The station’s Reimagining Ireland series covers some interesting subjects, but is ultimately limited by a lack of serious debate

Last week, Newstalk launched Reimagining Ireland, a new series that will run across the station’s various programmes throughout April. The series asks what lessons we can take from the social and economic shutdown of the pandemic, and has so far approached topics as diverse as dating, the wild city and education.
