By all accounts, Prince was a great guy to have been around: beautiful, talented and funny to boot. In 1993, having fallen out with his record label, he’d changed his stage name to an unpronounceable symbol. Nicole Nodland, his personal photographer at the time, mistakenly addressed him as Prince. “Don’t call me that, he said.” “What should I call you?” she asked. “Call me often,” came the reply....
