Collaboration brews are commonplace these days, but one involving Norwegian masters Nogne Ø is always worth a look. Dungarvan has teamed up with Nogne Ø to deliver a saison with a unique twist.

Normally I only like seaweed with sushi, but in this beer it adds a touch of dryness to the overall flavour to deliver a balanced saison. At 6.5 per cent ABV, this is far from session territory.
