Four Provinces Brew’s long awaited release doesn’t disappoint. Originally trialled in early summer, the beer has been given a full release, with a nice twist on the concept of an Irish red.

Irish reds cover a broad range of taste profiles and, technically speaking, this is a copper ale. It is bitter, but not in the traditional English sense. The bitter style is the backbone to a pretty complex brew.
