The family-run Cushendale Woollen Mills will be donning the green jersey for Ireland at a huge trade show in Paris this weekend

Among the 21 designers and makers flying the flag for Ireland at the world-famous trade show Maison et Objet in Paris this weekend is Cushendale Woollen Mills, a family-run textile manufacturing business with a history spanning five generations.

It’s fitting that such a business is representing us on the Irish Design 2015 Pavilion because long-standing family businesses are the heartbeat of our economy, especially our rural economy.
