How to carve your turkey

Need some tips on how to carve your turkey? Sara Mitchell and Gavin McCarthy of Poulet Bonne Femme (pouletbonne femme.com) have the following advice.

● Work with the joints. When removing the leg and thigh, carve into the natural joint and cut through the socket of the bone.

● To separate the drumstick and thigh, cut through the sockets.
