Hearts glow and spirits soar at Killruddery
There is no summer festival more joyful or stimulating than the duo of gala afternoons held annually in mid-summer at Killruddery House, Co Wicklow. Both are to support the triennial Veronica Dunne international singing competition. The most recent contest was last January, but already the fundraising effort for the next one has begun – a stark reminder of what’s needed to keep the self-funding show on the road.
