The backstory: made from whey spirit at Ballyvolane House in Cork, it’s named after a legendary cow that was a record breaker at its time for living to 48 and birthing 39 calves!

Tasting notes: the whey base spirit gives it a creamy mouthfeel, while the green cardamom gives it a great spicy character.
