Organised by members of the Burren Food Trail, this event will take place at Burren Fine Food & Wine in Ballyvaughan on July 19, and will commemorate John Blake Dillon, one of the founders of the Young Ireland movement. Dillon was hidden in the venue by a priest in 1848 – back then, it was the parochial house of Glenaragh Church – before he escaped to America.
