Trinity graduate John Connolly worked in journalism before his first novel was published in 1999. The book spawned an internationally acclaimed series of crime/horror novels known as the Charlie Parker series. His latest work, Night Music: Nocturnes Volume 2, is an addictive and meticulously rendered collection of eerie, amusing and achingly beautiful short stories. “I’m not as crazy as I may appear from my books. Odd, but not crazy,” Connolly has said.
