The Argentinian chef famous for cooking over open pit fires lives on a remote island off the coast of Patagonia. He has worked in Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and America. He has five restaurants, two cookbooks and most recently featured on the Netflix documentary series Chef’s Table. He eats breakfast in the bath.
