Back in 2016, when Jaguar chose to launch its first SUV, the F-Pace, it wouldn’t be drawn on the future of its large executive estate car, the XF Sportbrake, and many industry commentators assumed it was doomed to the scrapheap as the world goes SUV-mad. America has certainly given up on ‘station wagons’ and the Irish market has never been massively keen, but it seems there’s enough demand throughout the rest of Europe for Jaguar...
