Music: King sings at lunchtime
Mezzo-soprano Norah King, one of Ireland’s new generation of singers making their mark throughout Europe, will perform a lunchtime recital in the National Concert Hall’s John Field Room on June 26. Accompanied by Dearbhla Collins, she will perform a programme from popular opera to American songbook by George Gershwin and Jerome Kern.
