We all know by now that our smartphone addiction is bad for us, and bad for our kids. We also know that - remember? - we had fun, full lives before technology. Here’s how to end the tyranny of the little screen

It feels like we are sleepwalking into a crisis around the use of personal technology. Despite recent scandals, including vote rigging and data harvesting, we continue to use technological tools as if they are actually free.

It could be useful to remember: if you’re not paying for the product, then you’re the product being sold.
