Rye River Brewing Company is one of the most vibrant and commercially savvy Irish craft brewers. Last October, it announced plans to invest €4 million more in its brewery in Celbridge which is best known for making McGargles beer. It plans to pre-launch its first cider called McGargles Trader Tommy this weekend at the Alltech Craft Brews and Food Fair before a full launch in March.
