The opening scene of Doug Ellin’s Entourage is a good indication of what the next 100 minutes will involve. Peering through binoculars as a luxurious speedboat bounces him towards an even more sumptuous yacht in the glinting seas off Ibiza, perennial goofball Johnny Drama (Kevin Dillon), big brother of movie star Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier), spots the gaggle of bikini-clad women waiting on deck and makes a crude joke.
