Now in its third year, the Hennessy Portrait Prize aims to encourage interest in contemporary portraiture, inviting Irish artists from all disciplines to compete for the chance to produce a new work for inclusion in the National Portrait Collection. Here we reveal the 14 shortlisted entries for the 2016 prize.
