Smokehouse owners rise from the ashes

It’s now 15 months since Graham and Saoirse Roberts, owners of the Connemara Smokehouse in Ballyconneely, saw their home and business almost destroyed by a storm.

The couple, who live beside the Smokehouse with their four children (pictured above), had to cease production for two months, leading to problems for the whole of last year.
